Sfondo wants you to love your purchase! In the event that you are not happy, we will refund or exchange your purchase within 10 days of your order arriving at your doorstep. If 10 calendar days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, scent free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags. All accessories are final sale. All sale items are final sale.

We will be in contact with you to arrange a return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that we refund your item, not the cost of shipping. Please allow 10-15 Business days for Sfondo to complete this process.

If you wish to exchange your item, you must return your unwanted item back to us.

After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.

SHIPPING
Please allow 2-4 business days for your orders to be shipped. Once your order is placed the shipping address cannot be changed.
You will be sent an e-mail when your package has shipped with your tracking number.
Once the carriers have hold of your package we are not responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
